His passion for using his voice began when he was a boy in the late 70s and early 80s. He began working in radio, as a host of popular programs. In 1981 he was among the 10 most voted DJs in Italy in the "Vote for your DJ" contest organized by the magazine of the time "Boy Music", he participated in the final evening where artists such as Dik Dik, Alice, Bobbi Solo, Marcella, Michele Zarrillo and many others were present. He had television experience with the trio "Il Pernacchione" as an interpreter of comic sketches on the Emilia-Romagna broadcasters. Voice-over in the Sunday television variety show "Charleston Club" broadcast on the Bologna TV channels of Emilia and Romagna. He was a pioneer in the creation and production of sung advertising jingles for radio. In the 90s, by creating and producing jingles, he contributed to the birth of "Lattemiele l'italiana", a national broadcaster. He created sung jingles for many local radio stations. He collaborated with the best art directors and copywriters for national advertising campaigns, becoming a copywriter himself. Able to characterize and create characters, for video animations and video games, he gave his voice to various video games, among which the first video game dubbed by him, not only in Italian but also in Latin, stands out. It is "Nicolas Eymerich, inquisitor". Inspired by the novel by Valerio Evangelisti published by Mondadori. In these two video games Max Marrtirani is the voice that dubbed the protagonist, in the two chapters "The Plague" and "The Village" obtaining excellent reviews. He has been the official voice of trailers and promos for national TV. He is the voice of podcasts on the performance of financial markets. Some brands for which he has given his voice: Ferrari, Wolkswagen, Mercedes, Volvo, BMW, Nikon, Energizer, Domori, Piaggio, DaySoft...and many others. He has a versatile voice that can easily change tone starting from the institutional one, for projects such as audio guides, audio books, video tutorials, e-learning, webinars, podcasts, up to brighter tones or sentiments suitable for advertising, radio spots, TV spots, apps, answering machines, commercials. In addition to being a voice actor, he is also an audio producer and project manager.
